Really good Hospitality Experience

really good service great suggestion comfy bed
The doormen and concierge offered really good service! They were always willing to assist. They knew the area well and gave great suggestions for dining. My room was spacious and clean. The bed proved very comfy.
The towels in my room had a slight odor! the shower tray accumulated standing water during showers. It bothered me.

dust accumulation noisy heating
The hotel's location proved beneficial .
Housekeeping standards looked inconsistent. I observed dust accumulation on the outlets and baseboards in the room. the heating unit emitted excessive noise. I had to disable it to sleep soundly.

Really good Downtown Stay

The reception service was fast. Valet parking was easy to arrange. The room I had was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed! It also had a great view. I found the staff friendly and professional.
The shower tray in my room collected standing water when showering, not great. The room was also quite dark.
